PJ Cheema holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. His 22 years of experience in sales and marketing have earned him an excellent track record for being able to put the right price on homes to get them sold! He is able to create and implement marketing strategies that get your home sold quickly, not only for top dollar in any market, but with the least amount of inconvenience. PJ has sold homes in every real-estate market conceivable thus giving him the ability to recognize change in market trends and adjust strategy to benefit you as the client. PJ believes that his team approach (while others are specialising in helping to manage the sale and purchase of properties) makes him consistently available to give the quality service that PJ & Shivani's clients have come to expect. 

 

Shivani Cheema has been working with PJ moving families for years. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and has over 19 years of experience in sales and marketing. She helps PJ to create the marketing strategies for selling our clients home and she is also a buyer specialist. Shivani understands the current market conditions, and each buyer is only shown the home that meets their criteria. Shivani can help walk you through the purchase of your dream home from finding the home you love, recommending professionals to handle financing, inspections and anything else that might come up during your home purchase. She also co-ordinates the team to ensure every detail is handled with accuracy, expediently and with the utmost of personal care.

 

Cheryl Redick assists PJ & Shivani in all their marketing/administrative needs to ensure customer satisfaction. She has a diploma in Graphic Design and 17 years experience in Office Administration.
